• WHAT IS A HEALTH COACH?

    PART 1: You know how an athlete has a trainer and a student has a tutor? I’m like a trainer for your wellness goals. My focus is to help guide and hold you accountable to achieve your exercise, diet, spiritual, relationship, or career related goals.

    PART 2: I’m also the person you see in between doctor’s visits. Say you go to the doctor and they tell you your liver isn’t functioning as well as it should be, they may send you home with some medications and some ideas on how you can improve this. But then you go home, and it could be months before you see your doctor again. This is when you reach out to me. I help you support this organ through nutrition and lifestyle. There are foods that are taxing on the liver so we’ll find out how to replace those foods. There are foods that are beneficial for your liver, we’ll find ways to incorporate these into your diet. We’re also going to talk about other things going on in your life that might not seem like they are connected to the health of your liver but they are. Things like stress levels, relationships, career satisfaction, spirituality and movement.
