I am a certified holistic health and wellness coach, passionate about helping you to feel empowered, calm and supported while we work together to reach your wellness goals.

I have worked in the fashion industry for over 9 years now and am well versed in the stress, pressure and eventual burnout that can come from working a corporate job. In my free time I have been completely obsessed with the wellness industry and finally took the leap in 2020 to invest in my passion, receiving my certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

It took me a long time to realize I could drink my green juice and have my almond croissant too. I started Nicole Turcot Health as a way to hold myself accountable in my journey to regain my health. After 5 years of trying every diet out there, under-nourishing and over exercising my body I hit rock bottom. My hair started falling out, I had brain fog, gut issues, I was always cold and I lost my period- the key vital sign to a women’s overall health! On top of this, I lost my joy for life, I lost my ability to be creative, I was insecure and full of self-doubt. Through my recovery working with therapists and my own health coach, I transformed my relationship with my body, exercise and food AND got my period back.

My approach is to leverage my industry knowledge and past experiences to empower you to make food and lifestyle choices based on your bio-individual needs. I have learned that what works for one DOES NOT work for all. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach, but I do believe in the power of whole food nutrition and daily movement as the foundation to living a long and healthy life. I believe the body can heal and thrive naturally if given the right nutrients and environment. I don’t believe in labels and I will not be prescribing a vegan/keto/paleo/high-carb/low-card style of eating. I want to help YOU figure out what foods and which styles of movement make you feel energized and glow.

I also take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, teaching you that it’s not just about the food on your plate, but also how you nourish yourself through other areas of your life, such as your relationships, career, physical activity and spirituality.
